One of the most common reasons why wakeboards get injured so often is because they don't pay attention to their environment. If you live your whole life believing that your body is going to fall apart, that you're going to hurt, etc. Water skiing and wakeboarding are incredibly fun, but if you don't know what you're doing, you can hurt your back.
